Wedding Favor Contract

Deposit-There is a $25.00 deposit paid to hold your wedding date up to 30
days until we receive either your down payment or you have established a
payment plan with us. Your deposit is in separate from your down payment.
In the event of cancellation your deposit is non-refundable.

Down Payment-In addition to the deposit, a 50% down payment is
expected within 30 days of receiving your deposit. Failure to pay your
down payment could result in your wedding date be cancelled and taken
off our calendar. Please note that ShabbyChic Cakes and More, LLC only
books one wedding party per reserved date so that we can ensure you get
our specialized attention and customer service therefore should you
decide to cancel you will forfeit your down payment.
Your down payment will only be refunded in the event of a natural
disaster (tornado, etc.) and not in the event you decide to cancel your
wedding cake order Initial________
Payment-payment in full is due 10 days prior to your wedding date. Your
final count and cake flavors and fillings are due at this time. If payment
has not been received, ShabbyChic Cakes and More, LLC reserves the right
to refuse your order. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE! Initial________
Equipment Rental/Cake Set/Cake stand-There may be a deposit
required for the use of our wedding cake stand, cupcake tower, cake
plates, pillars, etc. If there is a deposit required 50% will be refunded
when the item(s) are returned by the following Tuesday after your
wedding date and they must be returned in the same condition. LATER
DELIVERY WILL RESULT IN THE FORFEIT OF YOUR DEPOSIT!! NO
EXCEPTIONS!!!

Should you desire to have your cake tiers separated with something other
than an approved cake set ShabbyChic Cakes and More, LLC will not be
responsible after we deliver your cake in the event your cake were to tip
or fall down. (example-if your cake is to be separated with a wine glass)

The value of any broken or missing pieces will be deducted from your
deposit. Because our sets usually cost more than the deposit, you may be
required to pay the difference. In the event you neglect to return your
set by the day specified in your contract, you will be responsible for the
cost of replacement. Please designate a responsible party.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Flower Charges-ShabbyChic Cakes and More, LLC is more than happy to
decorate your cake with fresh or silk flowers, charms, decorations or
other ornaments however please note there may be an additional charge
for this. There will be a minimum of $20.00 for this service.

Ornaments-Ornaments can be brought to ShabbyChic Cakes and More,
LLC between 10-30 days prior to your wedding date. We will do our best
to secure your ornament/decoratons to your cake or on the top of your
cake however ShabbyChic Cakes and More, LLC will not be responsible if
your ornament/decorations, etc., were to fall off your wedding cake.

Delivery-We will deliver your cake to the location of your choice
however we will not deliver your cake until we feel secure in the fact
that the cake will be its best when served. We will confirm the location
and placement one week before your wedding date.
Once the cake has been delivered to your desired location and ShabbyChic
Cakes and More, LLC determines that your cake is secure ShabbyChic Cakes
and More, LLC will not be responsible in the event something were to
happen to your cake after we finish the final setup.
There will be a $25.00 charge for delivery of wedding cakes on Sundays.
Color Matching- ShabbyChic Cakes and More, LLC will do our best to
color match any color swatch you provide us with however please keep in
mind that in order to color match your sample we may need to mix our tints
with one another and will attempt to get as close to if not exact to your

Our Guarantee-ShabbyChic Cakes and More, LLC will not only provide
you with outstanding customer service, quality cakes and the "wow"
factor but we also take pride in our presentation of our final product.

have kept a copy of this contract for my records.
NOTE: SHABBYCHIC CAKES AND MORE, LLC TAKES PRIDE IN EACH AND
